• For building projects requiring approval, you need a currently valid urban land use plan as a construction document.
• The urban land use plan provides information on whether a plot of land can be built on and in what way.
• An urban land use plan is binding. It specifies, among other things, the type and extent of possible building use, the construction method, and the areas of land that can and cannot be built on.
• The urban land-use plan consists of the plan and the textual and graphical determinations.
• Excerpts from the urban land-use plan can be submitted in print or digitally for a fee. They can be viewed and printed out free of charge on the Internet.
