Have you noticed any damage in Bremerhaven, for example defective traffic lights, supply lines, potholes, garbage in urban areas, barriers in public spaces or other disruptions? Then report them using the ideas and complaints form or the city's damage reporter.

Public facilities are regularly maintained. Nevertheless, it can happen that they are willfully destroyed or damaged by a technical defect or wear and tear.

Citizens can report such defects. This includes reporting the following damage:

• Contamination of road drainage facilities
• Malfunctions of traffic signs and traffic facilities
• Malfunctions of public clocks
• Graffiti

The defect report can also refer to the removal of all types of road damage outside and inside towns. But you can also report aspects such as the "wild" dumping of garbage or power failures.

• The complaints and damage reports must be located within the city area and the jurisdiction of the City of Bremerhaven.

You have 3 options:

• With publication: You report your concern via the damage report. Your concern will be posted on the Internet. Everyone can find out about your concern there. And you can find out about the progress of the processing.
• Confidential: You fill out the idea and complaint form. Your request will be treated confidentially and will not be posted on the Internet. The staff at the Ideas and Complaints Office will keep you informed about the progress of the process.
• In person: Call us personally. You will find the telephone number under the responsible office.
