You can view new or recently amended development plans on the Internet. If the responsible municipality does not yet make the desired development plan available on the Internet, you can request access to the development plan from the responsible authority.

• You can view the contents and supplementary documents of development plans online or on site at the responsible authority.
• If you would like to view the development plans on site, you usually have to make an appointment with the responsible authority.

A development plan sets out the exact specifications for the use of the land.
The development plan generally consists of:
1. Textual regulations with, for example, details of the provisions and regulations on the permissible use of the land, construction method, building height, etc.
2. Plan drawing consisting of various plans and maps showing the exact spatial division of the area.
3. Justification with e.g. details of decisions and considerations
4. Environmental report assessing the impact of the development plan on the environment.
