The information is provided by the office of the expert committee for property values in the state office for geoinformation and surveying (LGV) if there is evidence of a legitimate interest.

The appraisal committee for property values keeps a collection of purchase prices in its area of responsibility.
The purchase price collection contains, among other things, information on contracts for the purchase and exchange of real estate, land, parts of land and rights to land.
In order to manage the purchase price collection, the expert committee receives purchase and barter contracts primarily from the notarizing bodies (e.g. notaries) and evaluates them.
You can use comparative prices from the collection of purchase prices, which are used when determining the value, particularly in the comparative value method.

• The result of the evaluation will be sent to you by post or as a PDF/Excel file in an email.
• You will receive a request for payment with a fee notice.

Under certain conditions, you can request information from the purchase price collection yourself via the online service. To do this, you must first be authorized to use the online service using the Application for Authorization to Automated Information from the Purchase Price Collection (AAK) form.

The processing time depends on the scope and complexity of the information.
