You want to split a parcel into several parcels, for example because you want to sell or build on a part.
To do this, you must give the Landesbetrieb Geoinformation und Vermessung (LGV) or a publicly appointed surveyor (ÖbVI) an informal order in writing.
The dismantling is carried out by surveying work on site.
Under certain conditions, the dismantling can also be carried out without local surveying work.
