The parcel and property records contain information about the parcel and building, such as parcel number, street name, house number, and the size of the parcel in square meters.

The parcel and ownership records provide information on public law stipulations, for example on building loads, nature reserves, urban conservation areas or monument protection.
The parcel and ownership records contain owner data from the land register.

Owner data in the land register is personal information that is subject to data protection.

Erforderliche Unterlagen

For reasons of data protection law, the following documents are required for evidence with personal data
  • a proof of eligibility or
  • a power of attorney from the landowner or leaseholder (see link power of attorney)

Voraussetzungen

Proof of owner information received
  • the landowners themselves.
  • Leaseholders, authorized agents and notaries.
  • Other persons, provided they demonstrate a legitimate interest.

Kosten

The basis is the fee schedule for official surveying and the expert committee for property values in Hamburg (GebOVerm) in the currently applicable version.

Verfahrensablauf

  • Online: You can access the online service via the HamburgService link. The selected documents are called up there.
  • The applicable fees are paid by credit card or direct debit.
  • E-mail, fax or letter: The owner of a piece of land, a leaseholder or an authorized person draws up an order.
  • The documents are then sent as PDF files by email together with the notification of fees or sent in paper form by post.

  • Customer: Approximately 15 minutes for the selection of the product, if the Internet setting allows pop-up windows.
  • LGV:
    • Products with a legitimate interest check take around 2-3 working days
