- You must be able to specify the specific location of the damage
- You report the damage online via Hamburger Melde-Michel
- Your report will be forwarded to the responsible office
- The responsible authority initiates the necessary measures
Your report will be forwarded immediately. The time at which the damage is repaired depends on the type and extent of the damage.
If you caused the damage yourself, report it to the police immediately. If you cause damage, you may be held liable. This means that you will have to pay to repair the damage you caused yourself. If necessary, your insurance will cover the damage
