The standard land values are the average location values of the land for a majority of plots of land for which the usage and value conditions are essentially the same.
They are based on the square meter of land area of a property with a defined property condition (standard land value property). The standard land value always refers to an undeveloped plot of land.
In developed areas, the standard land value is determined using the value that would result if the land were undeveloped.

Standard land values are determined for different types of use, e.g.

Standard land values are determined and adopted annually by the expert committees for land values on the basis of their purchase price collection as of January 1.
