If you would like to study at a university in Lower Saxony, you must register and apply or enrol for a degree program online.
Please use the application portal of your chosen university if you
(a) would like to study a Bachelor's degree program with restricted admission in a first or higher semester and the coordination of the allocation of study places is not handled by hochschulstart or if you

If the coordination of the allocation of study places for locally admission-restricted Bachelor's degree programs in a first semester is carried out via hochschulstart it is necessary to first register at hochschulstart.de first.
Each university decides for itself which degree programs are coordinated by hochschulstart and announces this on its website and application portals.
For degree programs with central admission restrictions such as medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine and pharmacy, you can only apply for the first semester via hochschulstart.de.
