The network of single points of contact consists of Internet portals and personal contact persons.

In the state of Thuringia, the Thuringian Application System for Administrative Services (ThAVEL) is the point of single contact. This is where the complete electronic processing of administrative procedures takes place quickly and easily.

Personal contact persons are available at the support institutions in the Thuringian chambers of commerce. The basis for this is the Thuringian ES Establishment Act.

There are no costs for using the Thuringian Application System for Administrative Benefits (ThAVEL).

The provision of simple or written information by the support institutions and the personal contact persons is free of charge. For extensive and complex inquiries by the personal contact persons, fees in accordance with the Thuringian General Administrative Cost Regulations (ThürAllgVwKostO) of € 16.00 per 15 minutes or part thereof will be charged.
The charging of administrative fees for procedures is the responsibility of the relevant office. Information on this can be found in the service descriptions in the Thuringia Jurisdiction Finder.

The deadlines for handling procedures depend on the respective administrative procedures. They can be found in the corresponding procedure descriptions. The deadline does not run until all documents have been submitted in full.
