If you have a service driver's license, you can have it converted to a general driver's license (EU driver's license).

• Photo ID (ID card or passport (if passport is presented, a current registration certificate from the registration office responsible for the main place of residence; registration certificate must not be older than 3 months at the time of application)).

• Driver's license (official driver's license) or certificate of the issuing authority about the past possession of an official driver's license

• Photo, 45 x 35 mm in portrait format and without border (so-called biometric passport photo) - frontal photo, without head covering and without covering of eyes

Depending on the individual case, it may be necessary for the responsible driving license authority to request additional documents.

A service driver's license can be converted into a regular driver's license. The locally responsible driving license authority is responsible.
