People with impaired mobility can apply for a special permit to facilitate parking in public spaces.
Persons without a parking permit (Ohnarmer) receive a special permit to park at parking meters and parking ticket machines free of charge and in no-parking zones or in parking spaces with a time limit without using a parking disc.

Applications must be submitted online or in writing to the responsible office.
If the application is submitted by an authorized representative, a power of attorney and the identity card of the authorized representative(s) must be submitted.
The objection must be lodged in writing, in electronic form in accordance with Section 3a (2) of the Administrative Procedure Act or for recording with the authority that issued the administrative act within one month of the administrative act being notified to the complainant.
