Site plans must be drawn up for a building application if buildings are to be erected in such a way that one of their spacing areas is less than 0.5 m from the property boundary and the property boundary is not an established parcel boundary.

Site plans must be drawn up by the competent authority for a building application if

• buildings are to be erected closer than 0.5 m to the property boundary or
• buildings are to be erected in such a way that one of their spacing areas is less than 0.5 m from the property boundary and the property boundary is not an established parcel boundary.

The competent authority will check whether the boundary is an established parcel boundary and issue a corresponding certificate.

Fee according to time spent: For the completion of local and domestic work per half hour of work or part thereof

• Publicly appointed surveyors, civil servants in career group 2 from the second entry level (previously higher surveying service) or comparable employees: EUR 58
• Survey team leaders, civil servants in career group 2 below the second entry level (previously higher civil service) or comparable employees: EUR 49
• surveying technicians, civil servants in career group 1 from the second entry level (previously intermediate service) or comparable employees: EUR 40
• Other technical staff, measuring assistants or other auxiliary staff employed accordingly: EUR 30.50

Remarks:

• The fee covers travel costs, travel expenses and costs for the use of geodetic instruments and equipment.
• Travel time to the measurement object is to be treated as working time.
