Children, young people and parents can obtain qualified information or advice anonymously.

Children's and young people's hotline:
Children and young people can speak anonymously to qualified advisors about any conceivable problem on the free children and young people's hotline 0800-111 0 333 or the Europe-wide telephone number 116 111. If necessary (for example, if accommodation is needed at short notice), they can also refer you to a nearby advice center. The nationwide toll-free children's and young people's helpline is available Monday to Saturday from 2 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Parents' hotline:
Parents can also call the free parents' hotline on 0800 111 0 550. Here parents can get help with all questions relating to parenting - anonymously if they wish. The nationwide toll-free parents' helpline is available from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 17.00 and on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9.00 to 19.00.

In addition, the telephone counseling service of the Christian churches is also available nationwide free of charge around the clock on 0800-111 0 111 and 0800-111 0 222.
