Notification of the sale of pyrotechnic articles of categories F1 and F2 according to § 14 Explosives Act (SprenG)

If you intend to sell small fireworks, you must notify the competent occupational health and safety authority. If the sale of such pyrotechnic articles of categories F1 and F2 recurs annually, a single notification is sufficient. If necessary, also notify the authority of any changes, for example in the address or the responsible persons, as well as if you cease selling.

Supervisors for sale and storage

Each sales facility must have sufficient supervisory staff for sales and storage. These persons must be entrusted with supervision through in-house organisation and at least one person over the age of 18 must be appointed in writing.
