The development plan generally consists of:

1. Textual specifications with, for example, details of the provisions and regulations on the permitted use of the land, construction method, building height, ...
2. Plan drawing consisting of various plans and maps showing the exact spatial division of the area.
3. Explanatory memorandum with, for example, details of the decisions and considerations
4. Environmental report with an assessment of the impact of the development plan on the environment.

New or newly amended development plans can be viewed on the Internet. If the local authority responsible has not yet made the desired development plan available on the Internet, you can apply to the relevant authority to view the development plan.

If you would like to view the development plans on site, you usually have to make an appointment with the responsible authority.
