As citizens and companies, they can acquire state-owned and municipal land, buildings and objects that the state of Saxony-Anhalt or the municipalities no longer need.

Furthermore, you can bid for appropriation rights to ownerless land.

• At auction: Minimum bid must be reached or exceeded

Object must be ownerless:

• Owner has renounced his property
• Fiscal inheritance exists when the land is appointed as heir or existing heirs reject the inheritance

Commercially available objects:

• Existence of an expert opinion by publicly appointed and sworn experts
• Review is not older than 2 years

• Determination of the value of the object such as real estate, land or objects, announcement of the intention to sell by the public sector
• Receipt of one or more purchase offers
  
  At auction:

• Check whether purchase offers have reached or exceeded minimum bids
• Determining the highest bidders
• If the minimum bid is not reached or no purchase offer is received: repeat at a later date
• If the highest bid falls below the minimum bid, the sale must be approved by the Ministry of Finance.
• If no offer in case of repeated tendering, handover to auction house with supra-regional or object-comparable references
