The expert committees and the Higher Expert Committee for Property Values produce annual property market reports that contain general information about the local and national property market as well as the data required for property valuation. The Working Group of the Higher Expert Committees in Germany (AK OGA) produces a property market report every two years, which contains relevant information and data on the nationwide property market.
They offer you various ways of obtaining the information you require:

• You can find out about the local and supra-local property markets in North Rhine-Westphalia via the official standard land value information system BORIS-NRW and from the offices of the state's expert committees. You can also obtain relevant information on the national property market via the website of the Working Group of the Higher Expert Committees in Germany (AK OGA). This will give you a quick and easy overview of the property markets you are interested in.
• Official editions of the property market reports in North Rhine-Westphalia can be downloaded from the official land value information system BORIS-NRW. The real estate market report for Germany can be downloaded from the website of the Working Group of the Higher Expert Committees in Germany.
