If you have lost your exemption permit in accordance with § 70 StVZO or if it has been lost, you can apply for a new one from the competent authority.
The original of the exemption permit issued for a vehicle and vehicle combinations in accordance with Section 70 (1) StVZO must be carried by the vehicle driver and handed over to the responsible person for inspection on request. If the exemption permit has been lost or misplaced, a replacement can be requested from the competent authority.

The benefit will be granted if you declare that the authorization has been lost/ cannot be found.
Expenses are incurred in accordance with § 2 Para. 1 No. 2 GebOSt. Amount of costs (variable): from EUR 0.50. Note: The exact amount of the expenses depends on the processing effort and scope (copies to be made) of the permit in each individual case.

The application must be briefly substantiated.
The responsible office will check your application, request additional documents if necessary and, if the check is positive, will issue you with a copy and charge the expenses.
