The electronic healthcare professional card (eHBA) enables people in the healthcare professions to access the telematics infrastructure (TI - the telematics infrastructure networks all participants in the healthcare system and will thus enable access to the electronic patient file (ePA), for example).
If your eHBA is defective, you can exchange it with your trust service provider.
You can only exchange your eHBA with the trust service provider from whom you received the card. Please use the application/customer portal of your trust service provider on their website for the exchange.
