• The manager must have relevant training and relevant professional experience of at least two years.
  

• Operators of a facility in accordance with the Hessian Act on Care and Nursing Services must notify the change of manager and provide the necessary documents.
• The office checks the suitability of the manager on the basis of the documents.
• If necessary, the responsible office will request further documents.
• The office will send a notification to the facility operator for a fee.
