If you operate a care and nursing facility, you must report your staff to the Care and Nursing Supervision Authority every year.

If you are the operator of a facility in accordance with the Hessian Act on Care and Nursing Services, you must report the status of your care and nursing staff on an annual basis. In this report, you must state the changes in care and nursing staff that occurred in the previous calendar year. You must have sent the report to the Care and Nursing Supervision Authority by January 31.

No documents are required.

Your facility must be registered with the Hessian Offices for Care and Social Affairs.

There are no costs.

• You send the number of care and nursing staff at your facility to the responsible office with the required information.
• The office will check the staffing levels you have submitted.
• If necessary, the responsible office will order an inspection of your facility.

The institution will not receive any notification that the complaint has been processed.

The legal deadline for notification is January 31 of each year.
