Report commercial livestock trade / livestock transport / or the operation of an assembly center

Anyone wishing to trade livestock commercially or transport livestock as part of the division of labor in livestock production or operate an assembly center must notify the competent authority before starting the activity. If an assembly center is to be operated, the location of the assembly center must also be specified. Changes must be reported immediately.

The commercial trade/transport of livestock or the operation of an assembly center may only begin once the notification has been submitted.

Is based on the respective administrative fee schedule of the federal state or on the fee statutes of the authorities responsible under federal state law.

• Applications are usually made in writing to the competent veterinary office. In some cases there are standardized application forms.
• The health certificate is issued after a successful examination by the authorities

Once you have submitted all documents in full, the responsible office will process them promptly.
