• Confidential: You fill in the idea and complaint form. Your concern will be treated confidentially and will not be posted on the Internet. The staff at the Ideas and Complaints Office will keep you informed about the progress of the process.

• Before reporting a blockage, please make sure that it is not on your property. The owner of the property is responsible for the pipes on the property and up to the main sewer or is obliged to maintain them. In the inspection chamber, if available, you can check whether the wastewater is still flowing properly from your property and whether the blockage must be in the municipal network.
