The responsible authority will then check whether measures can be taken.

The complaints and damage reports must be located within the city area and the jurisdiction of the City of Bremerhaven.

You have 3 options:

• With publication: You report your concern via the damage report. Your concern is posted on the Internet. Everyone can find out about your concern there. And you can find out about the progress of the processing.
• Confidential: You fill in the idea and complaint form. Your request will be treated confidentially and will not be posted on the Internet. The staff at the Ideas and Complaints Office will keep you informed about the progress of the process.
