The project must be coordinated with the WiN Coordination Office of the Office for Municipal Labor Market Policy before the application is submitted.
The Office for Municipal Labor Market Policy decides on the basic eligibility of the project.
The final decision on the approval of grants is made by the award committees for the WiN districts South and North. The allocation committees should include representatives of the residents, tradespeople and institutions based in the district (representing young people, senior citizens, people with a migration background, etc.).
The award committees decide independently on the proposals regarding the projects to be funded and the amount of the grant in accordance with the applicable guidelines. Applicants are asked to briefly present their projects to the committee on specified dates and to answer questions directly.
