If you wish to change the entry in the legal services register, you must submit an application to do so.

If you wish to provide extrajudicial legal services against payment, you must be registered in the Legal Services Register. Registration is possible for:

• Debt collection services.

The debt collection sector collects third-party receivables or receivables assigned for collection purposes, thereby helping to improve the liquidity of its clients.

• Pension advice in the field of statutory pension and accident insurance social compensation law other social security and disability law relating to a statutory pension and occupational and occupational pension law.
• Legal services in a foreign law.

If you wish to change your entry in the legal services register, you must submit an application to the competent office.

• You are currently registered in the legal services register.

You apply for the change at the responsible office.

The competent office will check whether all the necessary documents have been submitted.

If the check is positive, the change will be made in the legal services register.
