Schulzeugnis Ausstellung

Schools document the performance of their pupils in half-yearly, annual, leaving and final reports.

Pupils receive a report card at the end of the school year and, from year 4 onwards, generally at the end of the school semester or the corresponding educational section or (up to year 8 at the latest) a learning development report on their performance and learning development in the past school year.

• Attending a school education program
• Passing an external examination

A decision on a leaving certificate, an examination certificate and a general certificate can be made at the earliest 14 days before the last day of school. The same applies to a leaving certificate issued at the end of the school year.

The leaving certificate, the examination certificate and the general certificate must be issued immediately after the decision of the report conference and handed over to the pupil.
