Any change in the articles of association or the statutes or the partners or in the person of the persons entitled to represent the company must be reported to the competent Chamber of Tax Consultants within one month.

All partners of a tax consulting company
must be registered with the relevant professional chamber. The tax consulting companies
must submit a current list of partners to the respective
chamber of tax consultants annually.
