The construction site crossing shall be constructed by the permittee and shall be maintained in a permanent roadworthy condition at the permittee's expense. In this respect, the road construction authority is to be held harmless from any liability claims. The cost of construction shall be borne by the permittee. The applicant has the option of naming a recognised specialist company in accordance with 4.1. ff of the Technical Specifications for Excavations in Traffic Areas of the Free Hanseatic City of Bremen (T-VAV-HB 2020) in the currently valid version, which can carry out the work in compliance with the conditions issued by the Office for Roads and Traffic.
