The Bremerhaven Property Valuation Committee publishes an annual property market report that provides an insight into events on the property market in the previous year. This report is based on statistical evaluations of the purchase contracts registered at the office of the appraisal committee. Graphical representations enable the clarity of the market development and thus the transparency of the submarkets.
The general part of the property market report is available free of charge in PDF format. The complete land market report can be ordered from the office of the expert committee.

The application can be submitted informally in writing to the office of the expert committee or is available as a download (forms).
