• In the case of the online form, you must provide a qualified electronic signature to complete the application. The signature card used in the electronic waste records procedure and the card reader used there can be used for this purpose, for example. Signature software from Governikus, Signer WebEdition, is required for the signature. The software must be installed locally on your computer system in advance. You can find the download with instructions on the GOES website. The authority will send you a confirmation of receipt.
• After checking the application and your documents, the authority can:
  • request additional documents or
  • grant the permit with or without ancillary provisions or
  • refuse the permit.
