Your parents are in need of care and are unable to pay the costs incurred from their own income? You would like information about a possible call to the costs?

In principle, you are obliged to pay maintenance to parents in need. Your ability to pay maintenance must be assessed on the basis of your individual income and burden situation. Therefore, it is necessary that you fulfill your obligation to provide information (even if forfeiture is possibly objected to).

You have received a notice of the granting of assistance (legal notice) from the service providing the benefit.

Please complete the questionnaire that is usually enclosed with the notification of the granting of assistance and return it to the sending office together with all supporting documents. If you wish to hand in the documents in person, please make an appointment if possible.
