The Hanseatic Chamber of Tax Consultants in Bremen has various model contracts for the establishment of a tax consultancy company. These are available on the website of the Chamber of Tax Consultants in the protected area "For Chamber Members" at http://www.stbkammer-bremen.de.
Any change in the articles of association or the statutes or the partners or in the person of the persons entitled to represent the company must be reported to the competent Chamber of Tax Consultants within one month.
