The declarations of unit values were sent in order to check whether any structural improvements and/or changes had been made since the last unit value determination.
On the basis of the declaration submitted, the unit value is checked and a decision is issued. If the unit value is changed, the real estate tax will also be assessed differently.
Due to the large number of declarations sent out, it is not possible to make a reliable statement on the expected processing time.
You have also received a personal letter with the forms for the declaration of assessed value. This states the deadline by which the declaration must be submitted to the tax office.
