Would you like to have your new building measured?

All building owners are required by law to have any building officially surveyed. (§ 11 Surveying and Cadastral Law)

The completeness of the building record in the real estate cadastre serves in particular the requirements of planning and land readjustment, the determination of property values as well as environmental and nature protection.

• Commissioning by owners, leaseholders, developers, architects.
• The building must be completed to the extent that the floor plan no longer changes.

1. Written order with form or informally (also possible via internet, e-mail or fax)
2. Preparation of documents
3. Coordination of the surveying date
4. Local surveying by surveying team
5. Internal processing with coordination of building points
6. Checking of the measurement
7. Transfer of the survey into the real estate cadastre
8. Preparation and dispatch of the continuation notifications (current real estate cadastre excerpt)
9. Invoicing
10. Final inspection
