Would you like to have a building burden deleted from the building burden register? Then you must apply for this at the responsible authority.

Building encumbrances are requirements that you, as the owner of a property, must comply with. The building encumbrance is then entered in the building encumbrance register. Under certain conditions, you can apply for the deletion of a building encumbrance from the building encumbrance register.
