If you, as the operator of a prostitution business, want to employ people in your prostitution business in the following areas of responsibility, you must inform the responsible authority:
If facts justify the assumption that a person employed by you in these areas of responsibility does not have the reliability required for their work, the competent authority can issue an employment ban and prohibit you from employing the person or their work in the prostitution industry.
Attention: This only applies in the case of a corresponding ancillary condition (conditions) to a permit according to Section 12 ProstSchG or if the responsible authority requires this from you on the basis of another authorization basis.
- Management and supervision
- Compliance with house rules or house regulations,
- Admission control
- Guarding
