A development statute specifies how a specific area of a municipality is to be further developed according to specified criteria.
You can view new development statutes on the Internet. If the responsible municipality does not yet have the desired development statute available on the Internet, you have the right to view it at the municipality.

You can view the contents and supplementary documents of development statutes online or on-site at the relevant authority.
If you would like to view the development regulations on site, you usually have to make an appointment with the responsible authority.

The development statute generally consists of:

• Statute text with information on the objectives, the defined development area, the catalogue of measures and further
• Plan drawing (overview plan, land use plan, development plan)
• Legend to the maps
• Justification with, for example, details of decisions and considerations
• Annexes; for example, reports, investigations and other
