A redevelopment statute specifies how a particular district or area of a municipality is to be made more livable through redevelopment.
You can view new redevelopment statutes on the Internet. If the responsible municipality does not yet have the desired redevelopment statute available on the Internet, you have the right to view it at the municipality.

You can view the contents and supplementary documents of redevelopment statutes online or on site at the responsible authority.
If you would like to view a redevelopment statute on site, you usually have to make an appointment with the responsible authority.

The restructuring statute generally consists of:

• Statute text with information on objectives, the defined redevelopment area, the catalogue of measures and other
• Plan drawing (overview plan, land use plan, development plan)
• Legend to the maps
• Justification with, for example, details of decisions and considerations.
