Would you like to hold a prostitution event? Do you already have permission to organize and hold a prostitution event according to § 12 ProstSchG? Then you must view them and submit the required documents.
If you wish to organize or hold a prostitution event, you must notify the relevant authority at least four weeks before the start of the event.
Prostitution events are events aimed at an open group of participants at which at least one of the persons present offers sexual services.
Prostitution events may only be held in suitable buildings, rooms and other fixed or mobile facilities. The location and operating hours of the prostitution event must not conflict with the requirements for the protection of the people offering sexual services during the prostitution event, the customers, the protection of young people and residents, as well as the general public. If protection is not guaranteed, the responsible authority can prohibit the prostitution events.
Please note that in order to hold a prostitution event, a permit according to Section 12 of the Prostitute Protection Act (ProstSchG) is also required.

• Copies of the registration or alias certificates of the prostitutes who are expected to work at the prostitution event
• Copies of the agreements concluded with the prostitutes

• the buildings, rooms and other fixed or mobile facilities intended for the event meet the minimum requirements for facilities used for the prostitution business in accordance with Section 18 or 19 of the Prostitution Protection Act and must not conflict with the grounds for refusal in accordance with Section 14 Paragraph 2 of the Prostitution Protection Act
• have a valid permit to organize or conduct prostitution events and
• have reached the age of 18. This also applies to your representative. The prostitution event must be managed on site by the operator or the person designated as a representative (event management).

This is a standard fee according to the fee schedule for official acts under the Prostitute Protection Act, plus delivery costs.

Prostitution events must be reported to the relevant authority at least four weeks before they begin. Without an underlying permit in accordance with Section 12 of the Prostitution Protection Act, the report to hold a prostitution event cannot be processed.
The responsible authority has extensive monitoring rights. Failure to comply with the permit and notification requirements can be punished accordingly. Please note that in addition to the permit requirement for the prostitution business, there may be further permit or notification requirements under other regulations, in particular under the regulations of restaurant, trade, building, water or emission control law. The inspection authorities for the permit under Section 12 ProstSchG and the notification under Section 21 ProstSchG do not have to be identical.
