Do you want to set up or provide a prostitution vehicle? Then you must notify the relevant authority of this in addition to your existing permit in accordance with Section 12 of the Prostitution Protection Act.

If a prostitution vehicle is to be used on more than two consecutive days or several times in a month in the local area of responsibility, this must be reported to the responsible authority two weeks before it is set up. Prostitution vehicles are motor vehicles, vehicle trailers and other mobile equipment that is provided for the provision of sexual services. The operating location and operating times of the prostitution vehicle must not conflict with the requirements for the protection of the people working in the prostitution vehicle who offer sexual services, as well as the customers, the protection of young people and residents and the general public. If protection cannot be guaranteed, the responsible authority can prohibit the setting up of the prostitution vehicle. Please note that a permit in accordance with Section 12 of the Prostitute Protection Act (ProstSchG) is also required to set up a prostitution vehicle.

• Copy of the permit to provide the prostitution vehicle
• Copies of the registration or alias certificates of the prostitutes who work in the prostitution vehicle
• Copies of the agreements concluded with the prostitutes

If you wish to report the provision of a prostitution vehicle, you must have a valid permit to operate a prostitution vehicle and be at least 18 years old. In addition, the vehicle reported must meet the minimum requirements for prostitution vehicles according to Section 19 of the Prostitution Protection Act and the listing must not conflict with the reasons for refusal according to Section 14 Paragraph 2.

This is a standard fee according to the fee schedule for official acts under the Prostitute Protection Act, plus delivery costs.

You submit the report and all documents to the responsible authority. If necessary, further documents will be requested. The responsible authority checks the documents. If you do not meet the requirements, the responsible authority can prohibit you from setting up the prostitution vehicle.

If the documents are complete, the notification will be processed promptly.

The installation of the vehicle must be reported to the responsible authority at least two weeks before the vehicle is used. Without an underlying permit in accordance with Section 12 of the Prostitution Protection Act, the report for the installation of a prostitution vehicle cannot be processed.

The installation of a prostitution vehicle must be reported. A prerequisite for receiving a report is a permit in accordance with Section 12 of the Prostitution Protection Act for the installation of a prostitution vehicle. There may be further permit or reporting requirements under other regulations, in particular under the regulations of restaurant, commercial, building, water or pollution control law. In addition, a permit for the special use of public paths may be required.
