If you would like to delete an entry in the Legal Services Register, you must submit an application.
The data made public in the legal services register must be deleted
- for registered persons with the waiver of registration
- in the case of natural persons, upon their death
- for legal persons and companies without legal personality upon its termination
- for persons whose registration has been withdrawn or revoked, the decision becomes final
- for persons or associations who are prohibited from providing legal services in accordance with Section 9 Paragraph 1 RDG (Legal Services Act), after the period of the prohibition has expired
- for persons or companies in accordance with Section 15 RDG , one year after the temporary registration or its last extension, in the case of a ban in accordance with Section 15 RDG, with the ban becoming final.
If you submit the request for deletion, the request will be processed promptly by the responsible authority.
