If you are severely disabled, under certain conditions you are entitled to free transport on local public transport or to a vehicle tax reduction.
If you have a two-colored severely disabled ID card with at least one of the marks G, aG, Bl, H and Gl, you can use this application to apply for a supplementary sheet and a token. You can use it to claim either free transport in local public transport or a vehicle tax reduction.
In order to be able to use the free transport in local public transport, you must purchase a token for half a year or a whole year against payment of your own contribution. The deductible does not apply if certain characteristics are present or certain social benefits are received.
Alternatively, you can apply for a supplement without a token in order to receive a vehicle tax reduction.
For people with certain marks, there is the option of using the supplement with a token to take advantage of both the vehicle tax reduction and free transport on local public transport.
If your supplement is damaged or lost, you can request a replacement.

- You must have a verified disability level of at least 50.
- You must have a valid two-color severely disabled pass.
- You must have been awarded at least one of the following marks: G, aG, Bl, H, Gl.
The issuance of the supplementary sheet is free of charge. The token can be purchased for half a year or a whole year for a personal contribution. The amount of the deductible is currently €46 for half a year and €91 for a whole year. You will receive the token without co-payment if you have been awarded at least one of the marks Bl or H or if you are severely disabled and receive certain social benefits
The application can be made informally by telephone, post or e-mail.
After you have submitted the application, your eligibility documents will be checked for a supplementary sheet.
If you meet the requirements for a supplement with a token with your own contribution , a transfer slip will be sent to you. The supplement with a token will be sent to you after payment.
If you meet the requirements for a supplement with a token without own contribution , the supplement with a token will be sent to you immediately.
If you do not meet the requirements, you will receive a rejection notice.

The time at which the supplement with the token is issued depends on the receipt of the application. If the month in which the application is submitted is already late, the supplementary sheet with a token will only be issued for the next month.
In principle, there is no possibility of a legal remedy. You can only object to the decision that may have rejected the requirements for issuing a token.
- The supplement with a token entitles you to free travel on local public transport.
- The supplement without a token entitles you to a reduction in motor vehicle tax.
