If you would like to set up a counseling center for pregnancy conflict counseling, you must apply to the Health Office of the Social Welfare Authority.
Pregnancy conflict counseling centers advise every woman and every man on questions of sex education, contraception and family planning as well as on all questions to do with pregnancy.

To be recognized as a counseling center for pregnancy conflict counseling, you must meet the following requirements:
- You must assure that there are sufficiently qualified personnel available to provide professional advice.

- You must work with all agencies that provide public and private assistance to mothers and children
- They must not be affiliated with any body in which abortions are performed, either organizationally or economically.

To do this, you can contact a member of staff at the office responsible for you by telephone. There you will receive all information about the necessary application documents and the legal provisions as well as the appropriate forms for your application.
The application must be legally signed by the person who can be held liable for the counseling center. Submit the complete application with the attachments to the Department of Bioethics and Law of the Public Health Office.
After the examination has been completed by the application office responsible for you, you will receive a notice of recognition. The notice contains instructions with information on what you can do if you do not agree with the notice.
