If you as a company want to treat animal by-products after their collection (sorting, cutting, cooling, freezing, salting, removing skins, fur or specific risk material), you must be authorized for this activity by the competent authority.
If you want to sort, cut up, cool, freeze or salt animal by-products commercially or remove their skins, fur or specific risk material, you need approval from the responsible authority.
