Under certain conditions, you can obtain an operating license for a second pharmacy.

If there is an emergency in the supply of medicines because there are not enough pharmacies to supply the population, you as a pharmacy owner can apply for a permit to operate a branch pharmacy. These branch pharmacies have lower spatial requirements than normal pharmacies, but these are set by law.

Branch pharmacies must be managed by a person with appropriate authorization.

Processing usually takes 4 to 8 weeks.
