The responsible body will clarify any discrepancies between you, as the employer, and the testing organization that evaluates the maintenance concept.

An informal report or request for clarification can be made by telephone, email or in writing. The following information is required for processing:

• Type of installation(s) requiring monitoring
• Information about the employer or operator
• Information on the reason for clarification
• Maintenance concept
• Test certificate from the testing organization

There are disagreements between you as the employer and the auditing organization that assessed the maintenance concept.
You would like to implement special maintenance measures to make certain recurring inspections of your systems in potentially explosive areas unnecessary through a special maintenance concept.
