Appointment for one person only!

Certification of signatures by public officials or for German authorities abroad
  1. Signatures can only be certified if they are intended for submission to a German authority (e.g. German Embassy in Russia) abroad or if they come from an official of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH).
  2. Personal appearance is required!
  3. Federal identity card or passport must be brought along
  4. Fee 5 €

Erforderliche Unterlagen

Due to our current hygiene regulations, only individuals should audition for the booked appointment.

Bring along:
  • Federal identity card or passport
  • You are a public official or the form from the German embassy must be available.
  • Fee 5 € / EC card payment possible

Voraussetzungen

  • Signature confirmation is intended for submission to a German authority (e.g. German embassy in Russia) abroad or comes from an official of the Free and Hanseatic City of Hamburg (FHH).

Kosten

  • Fee €5 per signature confirmation

Verfahrensablauf

  1. You have booked an appointment.
  2. Your identity card or passport is in the original.
  3. The signer must be present in person, as the signing must be secured on site in person.
  4. Official confirmation of signature is issued with earmarking (e.g. only for the German Embassy in Bern) or you are an official.
  5. Fee per signature confirmation is to be paid on site.
  6. Receipt of the signature confirmation.
