If you want to set up or operate a part of the plant that can damage the environment to a particular extent or endanger the general public, you need a partial permit.
Parts of installations may, due to their nature or operation, cause harmful environmental impacts or otherwise endanger, significantly disadvantage or annoy the general public or the neighbourhood.
If you want to build or operate a facility, you need a partial permit from the responsible authority.

- You can apply for and be granted a partial permit if the full permit for an application has not yet been granted, but the following conditions are met:
